What type of personal information do we collect?
Omnitek may collect the following personal information from users through the forms provided on the Site or through the communication channels provided by Omnitek:
– “contact us” contact form enabled on the Site: name, email, telephone number.

– Communications through means of contact, in particular through the telephone number provided on the Site: name, surname and telephone number.

– Registration and/or registration to receive commercial communications: name and surname, email address.

Furthermore, Omnitek collects all information relating to web browsing, as reported in our cookie policy.

Purpose of processing, legitimate bases and retention period.

After this period, they will be deleted and may also, if applicable, be securely anonymized by Omnitek SL (anonymized/non-personal data).
Management of job applications: identification and curricular data will be used for the purpose of managing candidate selection processes in relation to Omnitek SL’s job offers. (Management of requests) Application of pre-contractual measures or execution of the contractual relationship between the parties (in a broad sense), within the terms set out in Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR.

Job applicant data will be retained for a period of one year. After this period, we will proceed to delete the information.

The aforementioned retention period will not apply in cases where the owner of the Curriculum Vitae is hired, in which case Omnitek SL will process the data in accordance with the provisions of the employee’s employment contract.

For these purposes, the user guarantees the authenticity of all data provided following the completion of the forms and/or related requests. In any case, the user will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damage caused to Omnitek SL, or to third parties, for the information provided.
